All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all technical documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your E3D Homepage account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic components in their original anti-static bags and protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Afford the package with the provided prepaid shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the unit back to our specialized technical inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
